Oodles Smart Hong Kong AI Fun Day

Hong Kong's leading fitting-out contractor, Superland Group Holdings Limited (0368.HK), has been committed to enhancing community life quality through innovative technology via its tech brand, Oodles. To promote local innovation and technology development and inspire the younger generation's interest in technology research and development, Oodles hosted the "Oodles Smart Hong Kong AI Fun Day" on 27 September 2025. The event was attended by The Honourable Duncan Chiu, Member of the Legislative Council, Functional Constituency – Technology and Innovation, and the guests of Ho Lap College, who experienced the Company's proprietary Oodles Smart all-in-one AI (Artificial Intelligence) interior design platform. They also learned about several new technology products, including the Oodles Kinetic Door Lock and Oodles Transformer convertible furniture, recognizing how the Superland Group integrates AI, Big Data technology, and industry expertise to bring a smarter and more convenient life experience to the public.

Design Competition Highlights Innovation

In one segment of the event, students were divided into six groups for a small design competition. They unleashed their creativity to perform immediate interior design makeovers and variations using the Oodles Smart. Even first-time users of Oodles Smart, the students quickly grasped the platform's functionality, completing a total of 12 design works in about 15 minutes. Following the judging process, Mr. Duncan Chiu and Mr. Ng Chi Chiu, Chairman and Executive Director of Superland, each selected their favorite design. In the end, two teams stood out and were awarded prizes as encouragement.

Mr. Ng Chi Chiu stated: "The new generation is the future pillar of society and the key to driving technological innovation. The progress of technology in Hong Kong and global relies on their courage to imagine and innovate. Through this event, we hope to enable students to step outside the classroom framework and personally feel the practical applications of innovative technology and AI in daily life, stimulating their creativity and inspiring them to leverage technology to contribute to society. In the future, the Group will continue to capitalize on its industry advantages, actively research and develop more frontier technologies, promote the integration of technology into society, and collaborate with all sectors to create a people-centric smart city, bringing a more efficient life experience to the public."
